Admission criteria for student are as follows:

1. A Scholastic Placement Test OLSAT(Otis-Lennon Ability Test) is administered to all cadets who seek enrollment to ACMAE.  If deemed necessary by the Administrator. This test is also used to identify cadets with superior ability, homogeneous ability groupings and students with special instructional needs.
2. ACMAE accepts cadets on a space available basis.
3. ACMAE charges tuition for educational services.

Admission criteria for new cadets:

1. Parents and cadets must agree to rules and regulations of ACMAE.
2. Cadets must not have had serious disciplinary problem at schools previously attended.  (If prior incident have occurred at another school, the school board must review and have final decision).
3. Final decision on Admission of all students is ultimately decided by a combination of the board of Directors and the Administrator. 

ACMAE is accredited through NDLAC
